How to add dynamic data to PDF and Excel

Hi,
I want to add additional data(date period from ribbon) to PDF and Excel.

My grid already has header and footer, all works fine, but I want to add something like ‘Dates from xxx.xx.xx to xxxx.xx.xx’. What would be the best way to do it?

I use PHP package.
