How to add simple predefined list to a grid

I set the column to coro but it only shows other values that were entered in the same column

How do I add a simple predefined like
(status ‘Pending’, ‘Resolved’,‘Attention Required’…)

I have a reminder list that doesn’t always have all these values, but I need the user to be able to select them.

So anyone have any experience attaching a list box (not combo) to a grid?
