The DHTMLX Touch library is free to use in both open source and proprietary projects, so you don’t need to buy a license to use our mobile framework. Just go to this page and download the latest package: dhtmlx.com/touch/

However, the official ticket support for DHTMLX Touch is paid. But if you have the dhtmlxSuite PRO license with active support subscription, you can use your support account to get help with DHTMLX Touch as well.
