How to attach another third party objects to dhtmlxwindow

Hi,

I am so impressed with your products.
We are converting our .Net based GUI to the web based one.
We are using very complicated charts for engineering.
Is there a way to attach our chart object to dhtmlxwindow or dhtmlxlayer?
Our charts are developed using HTML5 canvas.
