How to avoid special charcters on selecting the cell

Hi,

i am facing an issue when i use special charcters like & in a row.

my problem is…

suppose there are 2 columns having column names NO,Description.

No: Description
1 Hello
2 Hello & Good morning

while the data are displayed the it is displayed normaly. when i select 2 row the column is geting changed to Hello & amp; Good morning…

but i need it to be displayed as Hello & Good morning

can any one pls help me on this.

Try to use “edtxt” eXcell type

i tried giving “edtxt” and “txt” but the issue still exists…
