For fetching data in the server, it does not take much time . But for transfering the JS files, executing the JS file and for transfering xml data it takes much time.
can any body let me know how to increase performace of the page with example.

You can try to use static smart rendering mode (available in PRO version only). In such case grid perfomance will be better whily transfering the JS files. Please find example here
