How to set the tree in Treegrid to read only?

In the documentation most (not all) column types for dhtmlxGrid are described here. References on this page suggest to look at “Column Types” and “Using eXcell”. On this page another eXcell type (cntr) is described.

WHERE is the documentation that enumerates ALL eXcell types? Where is the documentation that defines/describes the ‘tree’ column/cell type for dhtmlxTreegrid?

Why can’t the ‘tree’ type be set read only as can be done in the dhtmlxGrid something akin to this sample?
