I can’t seem to find a page in the docs describing this setup in full. The closes I can find is here:

So I downloaded the demo and added it to my project. I also downloaded grid-pdf.war and placed it in my deployment directory for JBoss. I guess this is correct, there are no instructions.
The grid generated from sample.html works fine. But when I hit the ‘Get as PDF’ button I get the following error:
“The requested resource (/XML2PDF/generate) is not available”
