If you want to change the scale on the left side of the Units view, you can use the hour_scale template.

If you need to add a second date scale in the Units view, unfortunately, this view does not support a secondary scale. So there is no option to display minutes scale under the main scale. Units view have a vertical time orientation as Day and Week views. For a horizontal time orientation with more flexible time scales, it is recommended to use the Timeline view instead.
