I am getting the same error.

Also , I am trying to migrate from DHTMLXGrid 2.0 to 3.0 i directly replaced Dhtmlxcommon.js, DhtmlxGrid.js and Dhtmlxgridcell.js. In IE8 the grid is loaded correctly but grid is not loaded in IE9 and Firefox 3.6.I am getting an issue with respect to loadXMLString Please advise me.

Please, contact support@dhtmlx.com if you have PRO version of the grid.

For successful updating updating of dhtmlxGrid you need ro replace all old files with new. If issue still occurs, please, provide any kind of sample to reconstruct the issue.
