We bought the professional version of the suite and we are using the Grid Control. When we intalled SSL we are getting the following error .

Grid is fine with http . Please send us a solution fast since we are couple of days away from going live.

a) please be sure that you are loading data from the same domain as the domain of html page
- domain must have the same name
- if page loaded by https , xml must be loaded by https as well
b) please check the problematic app with different IE installation ( it possible that you have some settings in IE , which blocks xmlHttpRequest operations for sites in specific security zone )
