If by fixed you mean header which is not affected by scroll, it is not possible in current version of Kanban.
Though, we have this feature in pipeline, so you can expect to have it in the Spring 2023 release.

I’m glad to inform you the in Kanban 1.5 the ability to fix column headers has been added.

Here is an example: DHTMLX - Kanban. Fixed headers, lazy rendering and column scroll .
