IE11 and Edge issue

Please help me , I dont know what to do to fix these errors anymore:
Could anybody help me ?
IE11 and Edge doesn’t work like chrome…
Some errors:

Unfortunately the problem cannot be reconstructed locally.
Could you please, clarify what version of the dhtmlx do you have?
