I uploaded a .mpp file to Gantt, however some of tasks in .mpp file were moved in Gantt

There is a bug when you import a file from MS Project with several root-levels in hierarchy tree, then some tasks are loaded under different parents. We are aware of this issue. The dev team will fix it in the future, but I cannot give you any ETA.
As a workaround, you can save the file in XML format, then resave the file in MPP format. After that, you can import the re-exported file in Gantt.
Please send us your MS Project file, where the issue is reproduced, so that we can test the issue locally.
