Initializing Grid from HTML: Using thead, tbody?

Greetings! I’m evaluating dhtmlGrid to see it will work for my project. SEO-friendliness is a primary concern so I’m going the “Initialize from HTML” method for populating the control with data.

All the examples show the headers as a tr followed by td’s. Will dhtmlx let me create a table with the thead to the tr to the th (to explain it in hip-hop)? Will the tbody throw it off?

I’m very concerned with writing semantically correct HTML to suck up to search engines and screen readers.

unfortunately the table structure cannot be used for building the dhtmlxgrid.
The first row of your table will be the header of your dhtmlxGrid.
