as explained in http://docs.dhtmlx.com/doku.php?id=dhtmlxform:it_note it is possible to attach a note to an input field during initialization.
Is it possible to set the the text of a note after the initialization ?

May be we’ll add it in future versions.
If you have active support license write there to get it earlier.
