Insert a link in editor

Is it possible to have a toolbar button to insert a hyper link ?
I need to insert a link to video on youtube.

You can add “text” item to the tollbar.
docs.dhtmlx.com/toolbar__text.html

Despite the name, text control can contain any HTML content.
