iPhone Repeated days in July

Hi, there is issue in iPhone 5 devices day (27) is repeated in July and this cause shifting in week days after that so (28 July) not in Mon but in Tue and (1 Aug) not in Fri but in Sat, and the remaining of the current year . i test it in many devices and the same issue happened.

could you please specify what should we do to reproduce the problem locally ?

change your timezone to any dayligth saving timezone … i test it with Cairo timezone
in ios v 7.1.2
