Issue getting full file path of selected file for upload

Hi,

I used XML to render form. item type=“file”. I am trying to get the complete path of file selected on local disk to upload to different server. I can see full path in IE but not in Firefox. Can any one please help me with this code.

not all browsers allow to get path due security restrictions
