issue in tabbar with getLabel() API

Hi,

I have found an issue in the ‘dhtmlxtabbar.js’ in dhtmlxSuite\dhtmlxTabbar\sources folder.

The method getLabel has the input argument as ‘tab’ but the one used in the call is ‘id’.

This is just for your information so that you can fix it.
