Language change is not working in "Skins and languages" page

Language change is not working in “Skins and languages” page of “SchedulerTest” sample project from downloaded trial package.
Steps to recreate:

  1. Download MVC eval package: Scheduler.Net-EVAL120927.zip (page scheduler-net.com/ click “Get Trial” button)
  2. Unzip downloaded package.
  3. Open project “SchedulerTest” from folder “…\Scheduler.Net-EVAL120927\Samples\Scheduler.MVC3” in VS 2010.
  4. Run
  5. Click “Skins and languages” link in “Configuration” section.
  6. Change “English” to other language.
  7. Click “Apply”
  8. Language is not changed.
