sometimes lightbox opens on existing events, sometime it doesn’t open and for new event it open always. What is the problem, should i upgrade the version? We Are using version v4.3.1.

Is it correct, that you have this problem only on timeline view?
Do you have such problem on demos? E.g. docs.dhtmlx.com/scheduler/sample … lines.html
