lightbox time drop down

Hi,

I would like to set the time period of the drop down for example the schedule events day time line starts at 9:00 AM and ends AT 8:00 pm so a user can’t select 3:00am from the drop down. Also how to set the drop down increments say every 30 min instead of every 10.

Also how do I change the label at the top of the very top of the lightbox. I would like to place the logged in user name and be able to retrieve it later.
