In a post regarding using background images on the Tabbar – In your REPLY you refer to a knowledgebase post that gives instructions on how to do this - but the link simply takes you to the Forums Home page.

Knowledge Base links are not available. Moreover, the approach, which was actual for the old tabbar, can not be used for the new one:
