Long events not visible on Day and Week View

I have a two day event.

Those are populated in month and grid view but i am not able to see the same in day and week view is something to be activated to be able to view.

make sure multi_day config is enabled

Yes that field is enabled. The latest dll is added too. But am not able to see the multiday events
