manually adjust time zone

We are using the server_utc function for our calendar and wanted to know if there’s a way to show a the calendar from the perspective of a different time zone. In other words, if my computer is New York, and I’m scheduling time for someone in London, I’d like to see the calendar as if I was in London.

Unfortunately it is not possible. Calendar will use the browser’s timezone settings, it can’t be changed.
