Marquee Text/Image inside the function call

Hi,
I want to call the Marquee text/image inside the function i.e while the function is invoked the marquee text should appear first and then that function should be invoked. Is it possible?
Anyone help me to do this…

Couldn’t you explain what function and where do you need a Marquee text.
