If the jobs are in the same year, I want to merge the rows and output them in grid area. Is it possible?

There is no built-in way to do that in the Gantt Grid. You need to implement a custom solution by using the Gantt API and Javascript. Unfortunately, I don’t have a ready example that can help you to start.
