How are they different?
Also how do you plan to use it? You might want to take a look at dhtmlxCalendar.

Maybe I am missing something - but do you select month and year there? Or are you referring to left and right arrows?
If so they can be added to scheduler minicalendar as well
scheduler/samples/05_calendar/01_select.html
