Im using dhtmlxTree_pro_v16_80319 but moveItem doesnt work.
what can be the problem?

It uses latest version of dhtmlxtree as well, and item moving works correctly for it. ( there are no any special requirements to use moveItem - just be sure that used itemID and mode name are correct ones)
If problem still occurs please provide more details about situation ( some kind of sample|code snippet with which problem can be reconstrcted )
