Multiple column sort

Is there a way to do Multiple column sort in dhtmlxgrid. what i am trying is that from code by calling some method can i sort on 3 columns. for eg name,age and place

Basically, such functionality is not available, but by using complex custom sorting functions it possible to achieve desired effect
