Is there way to place more than one section horizontally? IE: checkboxes side by side, or a text area and a checkbox?

by default there is no such option. If you need multiple checkboxes - there is a multiselect control

This probably can be implemented via css, but we don’t have any ready example
That is what I was seeing - so the best way is to do a custom html template section, maybe?
