Need Joomla Multi-User Functionality - Can Pay $

I need Scheduler to work with Joomla 1.5 so that:

  1. There are multiple calendars, or at least multiple Unit Views. (example: one for Tom, Dick, Harry, etc.

  2. Joomla Managers can modify all different calendars. (example: all managers can add/edit/delete tasks for Tom, Dick, Harry to do.)

  3. Joomla Editors can only view their calendar. (example: Tom, Dick, and Harry can only view items from their calendar.)

The closest thing I found has been at viewtopic.php?f=6&t=13139&p=38172&hilit=joomla+users#p38172 but I think it’s still a ways short of what I need.

This is a paying project if someone can make it work like I need. Please help.
