When the chatbot window is small (i.e. it switches to the “narrow” mode with the burger icon to add new chat) AND there’s only ONE agent, the New chat button does not work as expected. It does not switch to the "empty 'right panel with no messages except the agent “hello” message but it just shows the previously selected chat instead.
Note that this works fine if the window is wide.

It really looks like a bug on your end - thank you for noticing it. I already sent it to the dev team, and they will work on a fix, unfortunately there is no ETA.

Thanks for the update @Siarhei . Sad to hear there’s no ETA. Are you planning to open source the code of the chat UI? We’d be happy to provide fixes. Currently, the library we downloaded is MIT-licensed but the source code in the zip file was minified only which makes it impossible to contribute/adjust.

Currently, ChatBot is not an open source project, but a free version, so unfortunately currently there are no plans to share the source code(it may be changed in future).
Some update on the above bug - it will be fixed in the next bugfix release.

Hi @Siarhei , thanks for the update! However, it seems there’s been a regression made since your own Chat.html demo is throwing an error “chat.parse is not a function” in the 1.0.2 release. Could you please check? Thanks!
