not able to initialize dhtmlxcombo

I am not able to get the dhtmlxcombo initialized .What could be the reason?

I am getting the error"dhtmlxComboFromSelect is undefined"

dhtmlXComboFromSelect can be called only after select element is created

also you should check that combo libraries are correctly included (paths are correct).
