we have scheduled birthday event Label as none and set recurrence for yearly but we did’t get the mail on 23 august , i got the same mail on 17 sep… is there any issue if birthday event is labeled as birthday.

dhtmlxScheduler is a client-side library that works on the client-side i.e. by itself it’s not capable of sending emails. Which means that emails are sent from the server on a schedule (using cron or something similar) via some of your code which we don’t have access to.
Please provide more details on the issue - what platform do you have on a backend, how do you store the data, how do you manage email notifications, etc., so we could figure what could have gone wrong
