onMoveFinish event not always triggering

Hi,

The attached code displays the onMoveFinish event bug.
If the window is moved next to an edge or a corner, the event is not fired.
If the setEffect for “move” is set to false however, the event gets triggered as expected.

The behaviour described above is seen with dhtmlxWindows v25_pro_91111 and 2.6.
However, I’ve only tested this with FF 3.6.8.
