Owners with zero allocation
the gantt saves any value 1 to N without problem,
there is a way to save assignments to zero since it doesn’t save when set to 0

There is no way to do that in the current Gantt version. As a workaround, you can set the 0.0 value, and the owner will be saved.
In the future, the dev team will add a way to modify the resource control section, but I cannot give you any ETA.
