Passing Form Data when uploading files

Is it possible to send form data when uploading files.

For example depending on dropdown selected will depend on the folder the file is uploaded to.

All fixed now.

All files uploaded and used the allcompletevent to trigger the details using the call back functionality.

This gave me all the details required to use .send to a php function to do the rest.

Just having a lapse of concentration and not looking at your great documentaton and examples
