PHP variables in Visual Editor

How cai i Add some PHP variables in DHTMLXVisualEditor??

when i try to put a variable in the editor:

<?=$skin;?>

it’s replaced by

<?=$skin;?>

but this only in imagePath field

in the datasources fields it works fine

any suggest ?
