PHP video sample download not working

I downloaded the code associated with the PHP video sample for gridview. I successfully made a connection to the database as I can call the connnector.php and it fills the database as follows.

However, in the sample.html the data does not populate. Furthermore, eventhough I call for two columns both of which have data in them and both of which have the same attributes one cell on the connector.php sample above is empty so there are a couple of things going on - dont know if they are related. I did troubleshooting for hours and finally came here to ask the forum. Thank you in advance.

Please check if you are launching sample from any kind of server. Also follow this tutorial docs.dhtmlx.com/doku.php?id=tuto … grid:start
