Please help with getOccurrences Method.

Hi,

We have commercial licensed Version of dhtmlxScheduler.Net. We are facing the following two critical issues.

  1. The helper method GetOccurrences is not returning correct date values when the time is 12:00 AM. (Refer: Screenshot1.png)

  2. If Every Workday is chosen as recurring Type and the start day is selected as Wednesday, the helper method GetOccurrences returns wrong dates that are covering Saturday and Sunday . Also, the workday option should always point Mon To Friday regardless of the StartDate. (Pls refer: Screenshot2.png, Screenshot3.png)

Please provide a fix for these two problems…it is very urgent for us to get it done…My Question is related with Ticket ID : ZIR-111137 and we are using the Dhtmlx.dll from the latest version of that ticket.

your 2-nd issue is confirmed.
Please try the attached dll, does the issues still occur with it?

Hi,

Thanks for replying. But we have commercial version of DhtmlxScheduler.Net. If i update this dll, It will become evaluation version. Please guide what should be done. If i should send our License Number and Login, I can PM to you.

Hi,
you may try eval. version just to make sure that it solves the issue.
To get the full version you need to open ticket in our support system, or to send me a pm
