Popup can set the width and height, but when I adjust the browser window size, I want to make the height of Popup higher, but except for the setting during initialization, I will not adjust its height, nor will I adjust the height of its layout.

Unfortunately it is not available to update the sizes of the popUp dynamically.
You should create a new popUp with the needed css.
