I’m looking for a solution and trying to see if your tool is it. What I’m trying to do is setup a WP site that a bunch of different organizations can log into and each post their own events and have them all show up on one combined calendar. They need to be able to be searchable/listable not only by date, but also by category (dance, music, theater, etc) and by geographic location. I see that Scheduler lets you list by resource. So I’m wondering if I can make that function the way I want?

Most part of such functionality is available in WP plugin, but it doesn’t provide searching | filtering functionality. Which can be added , but it will be a much easier for standalone scheduler ( if you have basic knowledge of php | mysql - configuring standalone scheduler must not be a problem, and it is more flexible than version in plugin )
