Is printView library part of this license.
The code does not exist in suite-enterprise\codebase\suite.js
I suppose you are talking about the printView() method of the dhtmlxGrid 5:

dhtmlxGrid 5 was the last version containing this method.
Currently there is no similar functionality available for the grid.
I can suggest you to use the export to excel/pdf:
or you can use some third-side solution to convert json data of the grid to simple html table. Like:
