Problem to export to PDF

Hello,

I´ve instaled dhtmlScheduler 3.0 and I have a problem when I try to export the calendar to PDF. The error says that there´s a problem with Acrobat.

I´ve consulted many threads in the forum but I don´t get how can I fix it.

Are you using online service or local one for pdf generation ?
Can you attach the sample of invalid pdf output ?

I just installed the module and then I tried to convert to PDF. I didn´t installed anything else.

I don´t know if this will help, but here is a screenshot of what happens when I try to convert the calendar to PDF.
