When smart rendering is enabled and a row with open subgrid is deleted then the row is removed but subgrid is not. Same happens with subrow. Can be repeated e.g. with 03_pro_subgrids.html sample, just enable smart rendering and delete any of the first three rows. Can you address this issue?
