Problem with block Item

Hi, i initialize the with this xml file:

But the block section doesn’t appear in the same column of the text fields, someone know if this item type has some problems with xml?

Alternatively how can i put two buttons on the same row?

Check if your form container bigger than the summ of blocks width.
I have 700px container width and have the next result:

Where do you want to place these buttons? Could you provide an image?
