Problem with Umlauts

Hey.

I realy love the plugin event-calendar-scheduler but it don’t work with German umlauts like ä, ö, ü and ß. But they are very important for me.
Is there any solution to make it work?

The Database is UTF-8 (and the umlauts are correct in the database).

I think i found the solution by my own.

uft-8 war not setted in the php.ini of the server
