We have purshased DHTMLX Grid 2.0 version but the sample given in that for “Working with different XML formats” doesn’t seem to be working. It’s throwing some javascript errors.
Can you send me this code sample? with different sample XML files.
I don’t need XML from PHP code, but code with sample xmlA, xmlB files will help me.
Also, let me know if there any pre-requisites to run this sample.
Actually the same sample works correctly in local tests. ( attached )
If sample still not works for you - please try to load it not directly from filesystem but by http:// like url

Nothing special, except of dhtlmxgrid_data.js required to support additional data types.
